Scott C. Reuman, 63, of Boulder, cherished friend, partner, brother, cousin, uncle, fellow adventurer and river god, passed April 20, 2013 surrounded by family and friends: a remarkable spirit who has enriched so many lives.
A service of Remembrance and Celebration will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 9203 S. University Blvd, Highlands Ranch; reception immediately following. Friends and family are invited to continue the celebration of Scott’s life and attend “River Reumanations” at 5:30 p.m. at Eben G. Fine Park, 3rd and Arapahoe Street in Boulder. Please bring your own nourishment, instruments, stories, art, etc. for a full, creative “Reumanation” as Scott would enjoy it.
Scott was born on August 5, 1949 in Long Branch, New Jersey to Paul B. and Virginia (Campbell) Reuman. He graduated from Wilton High School in Wilton, Connecticut. Scott attended Rhode Island School of Design, Brown University, Colorado Institute of Art and Dartmouth College. Over his 35 year career as a graphic designer and artist, Scott brought beauty to the many lives he touched (www.reuman.com).
Scott is survived by his companion Gail Wells of Centennial, CO; Brothers Peter (Alice) Reuman of Estes Park, CO, Steven (Deb) Reuman of Boston, MA and Bruce Reuman of Lismore, NSW Australia. He was preceded in death by his parents.
