When you walk into Salto Coffee Works and smell the delicious aroma of roasting coffee, just follow that scent and you will find Karina Luscher, owner and roaster. As a coffee aficionado, Karina roasted, cupped, and tasted on repeat until she perfected a blend that she felt proud to serve. Salto also has a cafe where Chef Sean has been refining Salto’s grab-n-go menu with agility, flexibility, and a whole lot of flavor.
Switch Gears Farm is a small-scale farm located in Longmont, Colorado, and they primarily focus on high-quality produce and soil health. This means that they do not use pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Instead, they rotate the crops and use appropriate soil amendments, such as compost, cover crops, and minerals to create high-quality produce.
