The University of Colorado Mountain Research Station is celebrating its 100th anniversary this summer! As a kickoff to this celebration we will be holding a two- week special event - a dinner + seminar at our newly renovated historic Wildrose Dining Hall. Event dates are June 21,22,23 & June 28,29,30. These dinner+seminar evenings are open to the public with advanced sign up! Each dinner + seminar costs $30 USD per adult or $15 USD per child (12 and under) and we can accept cash or check ONLY.

- June 21 (Tuesday) – Dr. Adrian Carper – Colorado’s Wild Bees: Expanding the Conservation Impacts of Pollinator Research
- June 22 (Wednesday) – Dr. Nancy Emery – Alpine plant responses to changing climate: Long-term trends and experimental insights from the Niwot Ridge LTER
- June 23 (Thursday) – Dr. Scott Taylor – The Boulder Chickadee Study: chickadee hybridization along the Front Range
- June 28 (Tuesday) - Amy Hoagland - MRS Artist in Residence - Sculptural Stories of the Land
- June 29 (Wednesday) – Dr. Tom Veblen - Forty years of studying forest changes on Niwot Ridge
- June 30 (Thursday) – Molly Ott - MRS Artist in Residence - “Skin, Mirrored” - the shrinking locations of water surfaces and the subsequent reflections that come from those surfaces
