On 5/1/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a stolen cell phone.

On 5/2/21, Black Hawk Police responded to a lockout at the Isle Casino. The officer was able to gain entry to the vehicle; however the entry resulted in some minor cosmetic damage to the vehicle.

On 5/2/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to a hotel room at the Ameristar Casino on a report of found drugs. No suspect information was attainable. The found drugs were booked in for destruction, and a report was taken.

On 5/3/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar parking garage, on the report of a party passed out in front of a vehicle. The female party was treated on scene by paramedics and transported to Saint Anthony’s Hospital for further treatment. A report was taken.

On 5/3/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of found narcotics. A report taken.

On 5/4/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino in reference to an uncooperative female refusing to leave the property. The female was later transported to St. Anthony’s Hospital and placed on an M-1 hold.

On 5/4/21, a Black Hawk officer received a report of lost property from the Lodge Casino. A report taken.

On 5/4/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a male party causing a disturbance in the casino. An investigation was completed and the male was issued a summons.

On 5/5/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the area of 987 Miners Mesa Road on a report of a construction truck which rolled over.

On 5/6/21, Black Hawk officers assisted Gilpin deputies on a possible DUI call at the 300 block of Gregory Street in Central City.

On 5/6/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of damaged property.

On 5/6/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a tire being stolen from a vehicle. A male party was located and issued a summons, and the tire was returned.

On 5/7/21, a female party called the Black Hawk Police Department to report that she had left her wallet in the bathroom at the Lady Luck Casino and someone had attempted to use her credit cards. A report was taken.

On 5/7/21, Black Hawk officers received a report by phone of a theft of marijuana from the Green Solutions dispensary.

On 5/8/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. A female was arrested for domestic violence harassment.

On 5/8/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck Garage regarding a vehicle trespass. There were no suspects at the time.

On 5/8/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Lodge Casino on the report of an assault that occurred on 5/7/21. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken.

On 5/9/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a guest who noticed damage to their vehicle after parking it in valet. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken.

On 5/9/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino on the report of a five-year-old child left alone in a hotel room. The mother was later located and contacted and a report was taken.

On 5/9/21, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Black Hawk Police Department in regards to a debit card number that was stolen and being used at the Monarch Casino. A report was taken.

On 5/9/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Black Hawk Police Department to take a phone report in regards to lost property. A report was taken.

On 5/10/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lodge Casino for a counterfeit bill. A report taken.

On 5/10/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a female needing a welfare check. Officers arrived and determined the female was possibly having a mental health issue. Medics were contacted and the female was taken to the hospital.

On 5/11/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the poker room in the Ameristar Casino in regards to a counterfeit $100 bill. A report was taken.

On 5/11/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck garage, for a vehicle break in. A report taken.

On 5/12/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to mile marker 6.1 on Highway 119 for a traffic accident.

On 5/12/21, Black Hawk officers received the delayed report of a rape. The investigation is ongoing.

On 5/12/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill used at the main cage. One $100 counterfeit bill was confiscated.

On 5/12/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of a theft. The suspect was contacted by phone and will be issued a summons.

On 5/13/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a found wallet containing drugs. An investigation is ongoing.

On 5/13/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a stolen credit card being used. A male was located and arrested. He was released pending charges.

On 5/14/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a wallet theft. A summons for theft was issued.

On 5/14/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Monarch Casino to investigate a report of a disturbance and possible stolen car. A report was taken.

On 5/14/21, Black Hawk officers noticed a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of Gregory Street and Black Hawk Street. The vehicle’s plates were stolen. The plates were seized and a summons was issued.

On 5/15/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. A male and female were arrested.

On 5/15/21, a Black Hawk officer received a call of a stolen vehicle from the Lodge Casino lot. The suspect and vehicle were later located and the suspect was taken into custody.

On 5/15/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Ameristar parking garage to assist the Colorado State Patrol with a traffic stop with a stolen vehicle. The suspect was apprehended and a report was taken.

On 5/16/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino for a stolen cellular phone. The suspect and phone were located. A report was taken.

On 5/17/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to a traffic accident on Highway 119 and Main Street. A municipal summons was issued.

On 5/17/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar parking garage for a hit and run accident. A report taken.

On 5/17/21, a Black Hawk officer received a report of a stolen cellular phone at the Ameristar Hotel. A report was taken.

On 5/18/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino in reference to an assault that had taken place at that location. The suspect was identified and a report was taken.

On 5/19/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a party wanting to report a possible domestic violence incident which occurred at the Lady Luck Hotel.

On 5/20/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of found drugs. No suspect was located, and the substance was collected for destruction.

On 5/20/21, Black Hawk officers located an abandoned vehicle parked in the roadway in the 500 block of Main Street. The vehicle was towed due to being a traffic hazard and the driver of the vehicle was found and determined to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The party was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 5/21/21, Black Hawk officers spotted a vehicle with a possibly fictitious license plate. A traffic stop was conducted at 340 Main Street, and a summons was issued.

On 5/22/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the 400 block of Main Street on a reference of a non-injury traffic accident.

On 5/23/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a fight in progress between a male and female. Upon investigation, it was discovered the female was the primary aggressor. She was arrested and transported to Gilpin County Jail on domestic violence-related charges.

On 5/23/21, a Black Hawk officer met with a male party who reported items missing from his vehicle. The vehicle was not on scene, and unknown when and/or how it occurred.

On 5/23/21, Black Hawk officers took a telephone report regarding lost property at the Monarch Hotel.

On 5/24/21, Black Hawk Police responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill being passed to the cashier cage. Upon investigation, identity theft documents and credit cards were seized from the suspect and the suspect was arrested and released pending felony charges.

On 5/24/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino on a report of a theft.

On 5/24/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino regarding the report of the sound of a gunshot in the area of the parking garage. It was discovered there was a fight between two males. One male was processed at the Black Hawk Police Department where he was processed and released pending charges. The other male was later identified as a friend of the suspect and did not wish to pursue criminal charges for the assault.

On 5/26/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino’s parking garage on a damaged property report. A case was opened for this incident.

On 5/26/21, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino on the report of a counterfeit $50 bill. The bill was seized and placed into evidence at the police department. A report was taken.

On 5/26/21, a city employee reported a traffic accident that occurred on 5/22/21.

On 5/26/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a theft of a wallet. The wallet was recovered with all of the contents and returned to the owner.

On 5/26/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the 8000 block of Highway 119 in reference to possible illegal camping. A male party was located and released with a warning.

On 5/28/21, Black Hawk Police received a report of an aggressive driver on Highway 119. The driver was located and arrested for driving under the influence.

On 5/29/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a stolen phone. A suspect was observed; however, unable to identify at this time.

On 5/30/21, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a lost property report. A case was opened for this incident.

On 5/30/21, a Black Hawk officer received a call of a wallet theft from the Lodge Casino. A report taken.

On 5/30/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino in reference to found drugs. The property was seized and a report was taken.

On 5/30/21, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a found handgun.

On 5/31/21, Black Hawk Police Officers responded to the Mardi-Gras Casino Bus stop on a disturbance report. An arrest was made in this incident.

On 5/31/21, a Black Hawk Officer was dispatched to the Isle Casino on the report of a found firearm inside a hotel room. The firearm was seized and placed into safekeeping for the owner. A report was taken.

On 5/31/21, a Black Hawk Officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a female who ran out of gas. Upon her arrival, Officer Hansen determined the female may be in need of further assistance and the family of the female was contacted. It was determined the female was an unreported missing person out of Boulder. Family was notified and officers assisted her with necessities to get her back home.

On 5/31/21, a Black Hawk Officer and Medics were dispatched to a resident’s home in Black Hawk on the report from a male party stating his fingers were swollen and his hand was hurting. First responders arrived, assessed the situation, and the male party was transported non- emergent to the hospital.
