Have Mike sing you a song with his ukelele!   Please be very mindful of all public health guidelines regarding 6ft. social distancing and hand washing.  Materials and computers are being cleaned on a regular basis, to the best of our abilities.  We are currently working on boosting our wifi signal to the parking lot and providing mobile hotspots for check out.  Please call for more information on services we have available, including our online materials.

Nederland Food Pantry

Food Box Distribution will be limited to a strict once per week pickup. We are currently open the 1st and last Thursday, from 10 a.m. to noon, and each Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. Patrons may select ONE of these days per week to pick up a prepackaged box of supplemental food.

Prepackaged boxes will be distributed outside in the upper parking lot of the Nederland Community Center

We ask that people coming to the food pantry DO NOT exit their cars; we will bring food boxes to you. We will ONLY load boxes into the trunk or a vacant and empty backseat of a vehicle.

For those traveling by other means, we will direct you to an isolated area where we will place your box for pick up. We ask everyone to maintain a six-foot to an eight-foot social-isolation distance at all times in this area.

Boxes may contain items you will not personally use, and we ask that you DO NOT sort and leave behind these items. Please feel free to distribute unwanted items to others safely.

We anticipate that the total time of limited contact will only be a few minutes. To help with this, we are also asking that patrons and volunteers, alike, avoid any unnecessary conversation and interactions.

Anyone choosing to ignore these critical safety rules will be asked to leave.

Your patience and understanding as we adjust are much appreciated. Your safety and the safety of our volunteers is paramount. Our mission remains unchanged as we work to ensure no one goes without in these difficult times.

If you are quarantined, sick, or otherwise unable to make it to one of our regular food distributions, due to a medical situation, please contact us at 720-418-0892. We will accommodate to the best of our ability.
