Dear Editor,
Coal Creek Canyon Improvement Association (CCCIA), in partnership with Safeway, 9Health and CDPHE Vaccine Equity Team has arranged for a Covid-19 vaccination clinic to be held at the CCCIA Hall, 31528 CO 72, Golden, Colorado, 80403, on Saturday, May 15, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for area residents.
Vaccines will be administered by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted!
Appointments can be scheduled via email at 9HF@9HealthFair.org or by calling 303-698-4455. All Colorado residents aged 16 years or older are eligible to receive the vaccine.
Coal Creek Canyon Improvement Association (CCCIA) was selected as a vaccine equity clinic site as part of Governor Polis’ efforts to ensure that every person in Colorado has access to the vaccine, no matter who they are or where they live. You can find the most up-to-date information at covid19.colorado.gov/vaccine.
