Hello, Community – and happy holidays. It has been a doozy of a few years for everyone. Large and small businesses, families, kids… all have felt what this pandemic has done to us, individually and as a group. Pam’s Pantiques was just getting into a good roll when Covid hit. Estate sales could not be held, people were concerned about others in their homes, and business basically stopped.
Luckily for the business, inventory was available and sellable on eBay. We were barely able to hold on, but so thankful that we did. It is super exciting to see many of our local businesses have held on and new ones are still springing up.
Pam’s Pantiques will be in swing again after February 1, 2022. Are you ready to purge? New Year’s Resolution, perhaps? Now is the time to start thinking about that attic, crawl space, or garage that is filled with grandma and grandpa’s things. Start thinning that kitchen full of all your parents’ stuff.
As a vintage and antique business, we have sources all over the county interested in what you have. Some of those resources are right here on the Peak to Peak. Do you have clothes to donate? Let our local Clothing Closet take them off your hands and provide free to the community during these upcoming months.
Do you have extremely high-end antiques you need appraised? Off Her Rocker (Teresa) is the expert and right here in Nederland. Do you collect highend jewelry, especially Native American silver? Got the dealer right here in Rollinsville. How about all that scrap and junk? Got a place in Littleton that accepts almost anything. And then, of course, there is donating. Our local thrift stores are not picking up your donations, but if hauling is something you need, that’s available too.
