Dear Editor,
Janice Marchman, a teacher and engineer from Loveland, is well qualified to bring new ideas to our State Senate. We especially need someone that actually understands the importance of public education. Much of my generation received a better education than today precisely because teachers were better paid and had better support from parents, administrators and the state.
Colorado ranks #20 as best state to live in, and we’re very good at attracting out-of-state college grads, yet we’re #40 on spending per in- state pupil. That’s crazy. We need Janice in the State Senate to be a voice for our children to be sure they get the opportunity we all want for our children. I urge you all to vote for Janice Marchman this November.
