On 6-1-18 an officer received a phone report about lost property at the Isle Casino which happened on 5-28-18. The property was not found, and a report was taken.

 

On 6-1-18 officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino regarding a suspicious incident. A report was taken.

 

On 6-2-18 at approximately 9:33 p.m., an officer responded to the Z Casino VIP parking lot on the report of a verbal disturbance between a male and female. Upon investigation, the officer attempted to arrest the male party for a court order violation. The party refused to comply with orders and started to fight with officers. Officers attempted to Taser the subject multiple times to get him under control, but the Taser was not useful, so other means of control were used. The suspect and officer were treated at the hospital and both were released with minor injuries. The suspect was arrested and charged with violation of a court order, resisting arrest, and possession of methamphetamine.

 

On 6-2-18 at 5:06 p.m., officers responded to 111 Richman Street on a reported harassment. A male was contacted who had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was also charged with possession of cocaine. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 

On 6-2-18 officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino regarding an intoxicated party. The suspect was taken into custody for a warrant and released.

 

On 6-2-18 officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino regarding a theft. Suspect info was obtained.

 

On 6-2-18 an officer responded to a phone report of a license plate theft that occurred in the Ameristar parking garage. There is suspect information.

 

On 6-3-18 at approximately 4:50 a.m., an officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino on the report of stolen property. Suspects were issued and released on a summons.

 

On 6-3-18 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of found drugs. A suspect was contacted, arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 

On 6-3-18 an officer took a phone report on a theft from a motor vehicle, which occurred on Friday 6-1-18. The case is under further investigation.

 

On 6-3-18 officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino Hotel regarding an opiate overdose. The patient was transported to the hospital.

 

On 6-3-18 an officer responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of fraud. There is no suspect information.

 

On 6-4-18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill.

 

On 6-4-18 at approximately 7:33 p.m., an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of drugs found on the floor. A suspect was contacted and arrested.

 

On 6-5-18 at approximately 10:26 a.m., an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on a report of a counterfeit bill. The bill was seized and booked into evidence.

 

On 6-5-18 at approximately 9:08 p.m., an officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic infraction at Miners Mesa Road and Main Street. The vehicle eluded Black Hawk Officers and Clear Creek Deputies. The case is under further investigation to attempt to identify a driver.

 

On 6-6-18 an officer responded to the Monarch Casino regarding suspicious activity. The male party was identified and had a warrant for his arrest. The male party was placed into custody and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 

On 6-7-18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of suspicious activity. A party was contacted and arrested for fraudulent activities and possession of a controlled substance.

 

On 6-7-18 an officer took a phone report on a party who was banned from the Golden Mardi Gras Casinos, and possibly dangerous. A report was taken.

 

On 6-8-18 officers responded to the area of the Ameristar Casino on a REDDI Report. The vehicle was located and stopped. One male was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

 

On 6-8-18 officers responded to the Golden Gates Casino bus stop on the report of a party causing a disturbance on the bus. The party was escorted off the bus and left the area.

 

On 6-8-18 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a criminal mischief on a vehicle. A suspect has not yet been identified and a further investigation will be conducted.

 

On 6-8-18 at approximately 9:59 p.m., officers responded to 111 Main Street on a reported theft. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 

On 6-9-18 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of an intoxicated party refusing to leave. The party was taken into custody for a protection order violation and assault against a peace officer.

 

On 6-9-18 at approximately 9:30 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a party who lost $400.

 

On 6-9-18 at approximately 12:00 a.m., an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a party on premise that had been recently trespassed by the Gilpin County Courts. An officer confirmed he had been trespassed and issued a Gilpin County summons.

 

On 6-9-18 at approximately 1:36 a.m., an officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino on a report of a disturbance between a male and female. The female party was later arrested for Harassment (DV).

 

On 6-9-18 an officer responded to the Ameristar Hotel for a party having a medical issue. A report was taken.

 

On 6-10-18 an officer responded to the 100 block of Main Street on an intoxicated male. The male was transported to the Gilpin County Jail on an outstanding warrant.

 

On 6-10-18 an officer took a report of a lost wallet that occurred on 6-9-18 at the Monarch Casino. The officer was able to ascertain the wallet was stolen and a suspect was identified. A report was taken.

 

On 6-11-18 at approximately 11:48 a.m., an officer performed a welfare check with a male party sleeping in a vehicle in the KMM parking garage. The male party was issued a summons for unlawful use of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

 

On 6-12-18 officers were notified of a disturbance that occurred at the Isle Casino. Officers responded, and one party was taken into custody.

 

On 6-12-18 an officer was dispatched to the Lady Luck parking garage, level 6, on the report of a stolen license plate. The case is under further investigation.

 

On 6-12-18 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino regarding a found purse with miscellaneous items and drugs in it. No suspect was identified.

 

On 6-13-18 at approximately 12:57 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle displaying fictitious license plates on Highway 119 and Mile Marker 5.6. The male driver was issued a summons and released.

On 6-13-18 at approximately 4:32 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a counterfeit bill. The bill was seized, and a female party was issued a summons.

 

On 6-13-18 an officer responded to the Lady Luck parking garage regarding a criminal mischief to a vehicle. A suspect has not yet been identified.

 

On 6-14-18 at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a call of an intoxicated male. The male party was cleared and came back with a warrant. The suspect was arrested and transported the Gilpin County Jail on the warrant.

 

On 6-14-18 at approximately 3:04 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle in the KMM parking garage. A male party was issued a summons for DUI and released.

 

On 6-14-18 at approximately 2:35 a.m., an officer responded to the Mardi Gras Casino to pick up a suspicious note that was passed to security on 6-13-18. Upon further investigation, the officer determined that no crime was committed and the individual that passed the note may possibly be experiencing some sort of hallucinations.

 

On 6-15-18 officers responded to the Isle Casino for a report of an intoxicated party. The party had a warrant out of Louisville PD and was taken into custody.

 

On 6-15-18 an officer handled the telephone report of a stolen license plate, which had occurred on 6-12-18 at the Isle Casino. There is no suspect information.

 

On 6-16-18 officers performed a traffic stop near mile marker 5.7 on Hwy 119. The driver was released on a citation for driving under the influence of alcohol.

 

On 6-16-18 at approximately 11:10 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a patron who left a loaded gun inside the room safe in room 2311. The gun was recovered, and a report was taken.

 

On 6-16-18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on report of a fake $20.00 bill. The bill was retrieved and taken back to the PD.

 

On 6-17-18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino for a counterfeit bill. A report was taken.

 

On 6-17-18 at approximately 11:08 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for failing to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk in the 100 Block of Main Street. The male driver was revoked HTO and placed into custody. He was booked into Gilpin County Jail.

 

On 6-25-18 an officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill. A report was taken.

 

On 6-25-18 officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a physical fight/disturbance that had occurred earlier. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 

On 6-26-18 at approximately 4:08 p.m., officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino on a report of a fake ID. A female party was charged with false information and drug paraphernalia.

 

On 6-26-18 at approximately 10:47 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol when he witnessed a vehicle parked in valet. The registered owner was trespassed from the casino. The registered owner was later located and issued a summons for trespass.

 

On 6-25-18 at approximately 6:32 p.m., an officer responded to the Gazebo and met with a City employee who found a wallet in the middle of the street. A report was completed.

 

On 6-26-18 an officer responded to the Lady Luck hotel on the report of a physical disturbance. One suspect was taken to Gilpin County Jail on a violation of a protection order.

 

On 6-26-18 officers were on an area check when they spotted a suspicious vehicle, with multiple identifying factors. The vehicle was towed, and the driver was arrested.

 

On 6-26-18 an officer was dispatched to the Hidden Valley Water Plant, on the report of property damage. A report was taken.

 

On 6-26-18 at approximately 2:49 p.m., an officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino on a report of an intoxicated party. The party was later arrested for a violation of protection order.

 

On 6-26-18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino Garage for a vehicle trespass and theft. A report was taken.

 

On 6-26-18 an officer responded to City Hall for an accident involving the tram bus. No injuries occurred.

 

On 6-26-18 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill. The suspect was cleared, the bill was collected and a report was taken.

 

On 6-27-18 an officer was dispatched to the Wild Card Casino on the report of a female party who was inside the restroom for over twenty-minutes. Upon further investigation, the female party was arrested for illegal possession of drugs.

 

On 6-27-18 at approximately 12:15 a.m., officers took a phone report regarding theft from a vehicle.

 

On 6-27-18 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of found drugs. There is suspect information.

 

On 6-28-18 at approximately 6:57 p.m., officers responded to 111 Richman Street on a report of an intoxicated male. A male was contacted, and two handguns were taken for safekeeping because the male was too intoxicated to be in possession of them. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 

On 6-28-18 an officer was flagged down by a pedestrian. The officer interviewed the person and he was transported to the Jefferson County crisis center.

 

On 6-29-18 at approximately 11:23 p.m., an officer responded to the Isle Parking Garage on a report of two stolen bicycles.

 

On 6-30-18 at approximately 2:02 p.m., an officer responded to the KMM Parking Garage on a report of a hit and run traffic accident.

 

On 6-29-18 officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino for found paraphernalia. A report was taken.

 

On 6-30-18 at approximately 2:00 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino for a report of a male party who was complaining of having a difficult time breathing and was highly intoxicated. The party was transported to the hospital.

 

On 6-30-18 officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a disturbance. One male was transported to the hospital, and later arrested.
