BOULDER - The Boulder Public Library and Lafayette Public Library are featuring Boulder Valley School District K-8 student art work chosen by the art teachers to be on display. Art work from students who attend BVSD mountain schools is now being displayed at the Boulder Public Library.
On April 9, 2025, there was a reception for students and families in Boulder to see their art.
The art will be on display in the Canyon Gallery at the Boulder Public Library through May 14, 2025. You can see a variety of mediums used, from pottery to fiber arts to amazing cut paper art.
There is art from students who attend Gold Hill Elementary, Jamestown Elementary, Nederland Elementary, and Nederland Middle School. Susan Blurton is the art teacher at Gold Hill Elementary, Jamestown Elementary, and Nederland Elementary. Judie Sievers is the art teacher at Nederland Middle-Senior High School. Both teachers are extraordinarily proud of their talented students.
