ALLENSPARK — Not all artists are jewelry makers or painters. Some are potters and photographers. Many artists specialize in one thing while others focus on a broad range.
Take Robin Jasper, for example. She is a wildlife photographer who captures and shares the beauty of local wildlife, with a special emphasis on birds. And not just any bird; she holds a special place in her lens for hummingbirds.
Inspiration comes to Jasper from all wild animals, but she confesses, “I find birds particularly challenging to photograph.”
As a retired veterinary pathologist with a lifelong love of animals, Jasper has found a niche that perfectly combines her expertise and passion.
Robin Jasper Wildlife Photography is inside The Old Gallery at 14863 Highway 7, Allenspark, CO 80510. You can call her at 918-851-1326 or find her on Instagram at @RobinJasperWildlife.
