On 11/1/18 at approximately 2:07 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a call of found drugs. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Gilpin County Jail.

On 11/1/18 officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of found drugs. The possible drugs were collected, and the investigation is ongoing.

On 11/1/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino to speak to a party about found property. A report was taken.

On 11/1/18 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on reports of found drugs. The drugs were collected, and a report was taken.

On 11/1/18 the Gilpin Ambulance Authority reported that a person had used another person’s identity for billing purposes after being transported to the hospital form the Ameristar Casino in June 2018. A suspect has not been identified.

On 11/1/18 at approximately 6:29 a.m., officers responded to 120 Main Street on a report that a fake identification was used. A report was completed regarding the incident.

On 11/1/18 at approximately 10:17 p.m., officers responded to the Gilpin Casino Valet on a report of a stolen vehicle. A male was contacted and arrested for vehicle theft. A report was taken regarding the incident.

On 11/1/18 at approximately 10:56 p.m., officers received a phone report referencing stolen property at the Ameristar Hotel.

On 11/2/18 officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of an intoxicated party refusing to leave the property. The party was escorted off property and released to a sober party.

On 11/2/18 at approximately 1:08 a.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a suicidal female party. A female was arrested for an assault on a paramedic, and another female was arrested for possession of narcotics.

On 11/3/18 an officer responded to the KMM parking garage on the report of a damage to property. There is no suspect information.

On 11/3/18 officers were dispatched to the Saratoga casino on reports of a party on the Colorado exclusion list. Contacted parties were not the suspect. A report was taken.

On 11/3/18 at approximately 10:52 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar on a report of a party whose wedding cards were stolen.

On 11/3/18 at approximately 1:03 p.m., an officer was flagged down for stolen items from the vehicle at the Gilpin Valet. A report was taken.

On 11/3/18 officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino regarding lost property. A report was taken.

On 10/30/18, Officer Adler observed a verbal dispute inside the KMM Garage (255 Main Street). Parties were released to sober
relatives, report taken.

On 11/4/18 officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of a wallet theft. The wallet was returned, and the investigation is ongoing.

On 11/4/18 an officer responded to the intersection of Main Street and Black Hawk Street, for a verbal dispute. A report was taken.

On 11/4/18 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a wallet theft. There is suspect information.

On 11/6/18 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a disturbance. Suspect was identified and taken to the hospital for his injuries.

On 11/5/18 officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino parking garage, level one, on the report of parties possibly breaking into a vehicle. The parties were contacted, and a report was taken.

On 11/6/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a trespass. The suspect was cited.

On 11/7/18 at approximately 6:11 a.m., officers took a phone report regarding a theft that took place at 401 Main Street, level one of the parking garage. A report was taken regarding the incident.

On 11/9/18 at approximately 4:38 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino on the report of a theft. A male party was issued and released on a summons and a female party was taken into custody for an active warrant and several other unrelated charges.

On 11/9/18 officers were dispatched to the Z Casino regarding a lost cell phone. A report was taken.

On 11/10/18 officers responded to the Ameristar on the report of a disturbance. The male party was arrested on harassment charges.

On 11/10/18 an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on reports of a stolen phone. A report was taken.

On 11/10/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Hotel to speak to a woman who reported that someone took money from her hotel room. A suspect has been identified.

On 11/11/18 at approximately 2:12 p.m., an officer was made aware of a suspicious incident.

On 11/10/18 at approximately 4:38 p.m., an officer was dispatched for stolen cash. A report was taken. There is no suspect information at this time.

On 11/10/18 an officer responded to the shuttle bus for a found purse. A report was taken.

On 11/10/18 officers responded to the 100 block of Gregory Street on the report of an accident. There were no injuries.

On 11/11/18 officers responded to a disturbance in the KMM parking garage. A male was arrested on a domestic violence related charge.

On 11/11/18 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino for an intoxicated party. A report was taken.

On 11/11/18 an officer responded to the Saratoga Casino regarding a theft of a jacket. A suspect has not yet been identified.

On 11/11/18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino regarding a male party causing a disturbance. The suspect was identified and taken into custody for a warrant and violation of a protection order.

On 11/11/18 an officer was dispatched to the police department on a phone report for theft of a jacket. The case is under further investigation.

On 11/12/18 officers responded to the Isle Casino regarding a manager wanting to evict the two parties from their hotel room. During the investigation, a female party assaulted a peace officer. The female party was transported to the hospital and issued a summons.

On 11/13/18 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a disturbance between a male and female party. After further investigation, the male party was taken into custody and transported to Gilpin County Jail.

On 11/13/18 at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers responded to 111 Richman street on a call of a burglary. The male suspect was identified, and a warrant will be issued for his arrest.

On 11/13/18 an officer was dispatched to the Mardi Gras Casino on the report of the theft of a jacket. The case is under investigation.

On 11/14/18 a party called the Black Hawk Police to report damage to her vehicle. She believed that the damage occurred at the Isle Casino between 11/12/18 and 11/14/18. A report was taken.

On 11/14/14 at approximately 4:55 p.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a found license plate. The plate was retrieved, and a report was completed.

On 11/14/18 at approximately 5:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of an intoxicated party leaving the Ameristar Casino driving northbound on Highway 119 from Richman Street. A male party was contacted and arrested for DUI.

On 11/14/18 officers took a phone report of a lost cell phone. The phone was lost on Monday morning, and a report was taken.

On 11/15/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. One party was arrested for assault, and a second party arrested on a warrant.

On 11/15/18 at approximately 4:11 a.m., officers responded to 240 Main Street on a call of a disturbance. A male suspect was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

On 11/15/18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on reports of found drugs. A report was taken, and the items were confiscated.

On 11/15/18 officers were dispatched to the Wild Card Casino regarding lost property. A report was taken.

On 11/16/18 officers were dispatched to the Golden Gates Casino regarding a counterfeit bill. A report was taken.

On 11/17/18 officers responded to the Lodge casino on the report of a male impersonating a police officer. The male party was identified and arrested.

On 11/17/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. A summons was issued to a female party for assault.

On 11/18/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance. A suspect was arrested for harassment and domestic violence.

On 11/18/18 officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of lost money. A report was taken.

On 11/18/18 an officer took a phone report on suspicious activity pertaining to phone calls made at the Ameristar Casino.

On 11/18/18 an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a stolen cell phone. The case is under further investigation.

On 11/18/18 at approximately 12:21 p.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a stolen vehicle. Suspects were identified, and the case remains open.

On 11/18/18 at approximately 8:03 p.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a theft. A purse was stolen from the women’s restroom and no suspects have been identified.

On 11/19/18 at approximately 1:58 a.m., officers responded to 101 Main Street on a call of a found wallet with drugs in it. The owner of the purse was arrested, transported to the Gilpin County Jail and booked in.

On 11/19/18 at approximately 7:48 hours while conducting an area check of the KMM parking garage, an officer observed a small brown wallet on the floor of the 3rd level of the parking garage. The wallet was taken and placed in evidence for safe keeping.

On 11/20/18 at approximately 10:33 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino for a warrant pickup. A male party was arrested for an outstanding warrant and additional theft charges.

On 11/20/18 at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Hotel on the report of a physical disturbance in progress. A male party was taken into custody.

On 11/21/18 at approximately 1:20 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a party sleeping on a city shuttle bus. The male party was taken to detox.

On 11/22/18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on reports of a broken slot machine. The suspect was not on property.

On 11/22/18 a party called to report possible suspicious activity that had occurred at the Ameristar Casino the previous evening. A report was taken.

On 11/22/18 at approximately 7:42 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino on the report of damaged property. A male suspect was contacted and released on a summons.

On 11/23/18 at approximately 7:48 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar regarding a fraud. Security had found a backpack in the men’s restroom containing a fake ID. No suspect information has been found and the investigation is ongoing.

On 11/23/18 an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on reports of a stolen wallet. A report was taken.

On 11/23/18 at approximately 7:02 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino reference a theft.

On 11/23/18 at approximately 7:27 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino reference fraudulent activity.

On 11/24/18 an officer responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of a lost cell phone that occurred on 11/23/18. The phone was not found.

On 11/24/18 officers responded to the Lodge Casino on the report of a disturbance. A male suspect was arrested for domestic violence and harassment.

On 11/24/18 officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of found drugs. A male party was taken into custody.

On 11/24/18 at approximately 8:06 a.m., an officer was advised of a driver waiving a gun while driving. The driver was located and arrested for felony menacing.

On 11/21/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Hotel to speak to a party who was requesting an investigation. The matter was determined to be a civil dispute.

On 11/25/18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on a report of found drugs. The suspect was not identified, and the drugs were booked for destruction.

On 11/25/18 at approximately 10:10 p.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a counterfeit fifty-dollar bill. The counterfeit bill was seized and booked into evidence.

On 11/25/18 at approximately 10:40 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle showing expired license plates on Highway 119 and Richman Street. A female driver was issued a summons for fictitious license plates.

On 11/26/18 at approximately 11:13 a.m., officers responded to the Lady Luck Casino on a report of a disturbance. A male party was arrested for harassment and domestic violence.

On 11/27/18 an officer responded to the Isle Casino regarding a counterfeit bill. The suspect has been identified and the counterfeit bill was brought back to the Police Department and booked into evidence.

On 11/27/18 at approximately 2:50 a.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a lost cell phone. Officers were unable to determine where the cell phone was lost.

On 11/27/18 at approximately 5:12 p.m., officers received a phone report regarding stolen property.

On 11/27/18 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino for a reported disturbance. Upon investigation completion, parties were separated, and a report was taken.

On 11/28/18 at approximately 5:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino parking garage on the report of a disturbance in progress. A female party was taken into custody.

On 11/28/18 at approximately 10:17 p.m. officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a verbal disturbance. A female party was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

On 11/30/18 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino for a disturbance. A report was taken, and a citation was issued.

On 11/30/18 at approximately 1:42 p.m., Black Hawk officers responded to a disturbance on the Black Hawk shuttle near the Mardi Gras Casino. The victim was contacted and stated that the suspect had pushed or hit her. The victim refused to press charges.
