The man’s music is as unique as his name. Born with a condition that speeds up his heart rate, at times it has beat so fast he was near death. Most people would slow down but he embraced the situation and adopted the stage name, Fast Heart Mart. He’s been living his life as a folk-rock singer for a while now with no plans of doing anything else.

Fast Heart Mart’s fast banjo style and energetic harp playing will knock you off your feet. Since his first gig in 1999, his message has stayed the same, to encourage the world to follow their bliss and live life passionately. He writes songs that will make you laugh out loud then as the next one ends, you’re contemplating the sadness of life. His storytelling and lyrics are amplified with alternating banjo and harmonica. Together they produce the sweet and unique mix of punky-bluegrass that only few can master and are able to deliver with skill.
