Eagles Teen Program – After School Monday-Thursday 4:15 - 7:15 p.m.
Eagles is an out-of-school program at the Gilpin County Community Center. We provide free extracurricular opportunities and a space to hang out for youth ages 12 and up through high school graduation. All activities and field trips are planned by our youth program assistants and youth leadership team with the support of our adult program coordinator.
We’ll be providing transportation from Gilpin County school and will be running an after-school program from 4 to 7:15 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays! The daily program is free after a $25 annual registration fee.
After School Enrichment Camp
Monday through Thursday 4 - 6 p.m. Ages 5 through 12. $8 a day for residents. Have the kids ride the bus from school to the Community Center for our licensed childcare. All day Friday care available 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. $45 a day.
NEW Drop-In Wednesday Night Child Care
Ages 2 through 11. Hours are 4:45 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday nights January 29 through March 12.
Take a fitness class, join adult volleyball, hit the gym, or go for a swim, while we watch your kids! Just pack a water bottle & snack. $10 for residents and $12 for non-residents.
Parents must remain in the community center and be available upon request while your child is in care.
NEW CLASS “Fit for Life” with Jessica Polizzi
Wednesdays, 5 - 6 p.m., January 22 through February 12. Strength, resistance and cardio HIIT/Circuit Training class for all levels. Motivating music, high energy, plenty of encouragement and fun! $50 for a four week session or $15 to drop-in.
Spring 2025 Swim Team Camp Registration Now Open!
Monday and Wednesday February 12 through April 30. No practice March 17 through March 28.
Group A: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and Group B: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Ages 7-14, Swim level 3 & Up
Swim Meet: May 3, 9:30 - 11 a.m.
Daddy Daughter Dance & Dive
Saturday, February 8, 5:30 - 8 p.m. $35 a couple and $10 per additional child. Additional $10 after February 1 if space is available. Dads bring your princess for an enchanted evening! Bring your suit & towel.
Friends of the Gilpin County Community Center’s “Heart of the Community" Fund supports residents in need with family punch cards for daily admissions, as well as scholarships for youth who need help to cover youth sports and classes.
