On 9/1/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a counterfeit ten dollar bill. The bill was deemed counterfeit and a suspect was contacted. The bill was seized and placed into evidence at the police department.
On 9/1/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a disturbance at the Isle Garage area. After further investigating, a female party was arrested for third degree DV assault and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 9/2/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Golden Gates Casino on a call of a counterfeit $20.00 bill. The suspect was contacted, and the bill was seized and placed into evidence.
On 9/2/20, Black Hawk officers responded to assist Colorado State Patrol with a suspect at the Lady Luck Casino parking garage. One arrest was made.
On 9/2/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino regarding Lost Property that was later determined to be a Theft.

On 9/3/20, The Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Gilpin Parking Garage located at 111 Main St on a call of a dog locked inside of a hot vehicle in distress. The animal was ultimately removed from the vehicle and the owner was cited for Animal Cruelty.

On 9/4/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the area of 500 Chase Street on the report of a broken car window. The damage looked like it could have been made by wildlife and nothing was stolen. A report was taken.
On 9/4/20, Black Hawk officers responded to 488 Main Street, the Monarch Casino on a theft of a jacket. Officers were unable to identify the suspect who ran from security.
On 9/5/20, Black Hawk Police took a phone report of suspected domestic harassment.
On 9/5/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to a theft at the Isle Casino. A suspect was located and issued a summons.
On 9/6/20, Black Hawk officers conducted a welfare check where an arrest was made.
On 9/7/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Bull Durham Casino on the report of a drunk and disorderly subject making threats to staff. The suspect was contacted and given a summons.
On 9/7/20, Black Hawk officers responded to 240 Main Street in reference to a physical assault, and arrest was made.

On 9/11/20, a Black Hawk officer took a phone report of a wallet that was lost at 261 Main Street, the KMM parking garage.

On 9/11/20, Black Hawk officers took a report of what was initially reported as a hit and run. Investigation determined the run vehicle stopped and spoke with valet. Both drivers were contacted and an exchange of information was facilitated.
On 9/11/20, Black Hawk officers observed a suspicious plate on a vehicle while conducting an area check. The plate was confirmed as fictitious and confiscated. No suspect was located.

On 9/13/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Z Casino on possible drugs found on the casino floor. The substance was confiscated and booked for destruction.
On 9/13/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino’s parking lot on the report of suspicious activity.
On 9/14/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Lady Luck Casino on a report of a vehicle trespass.
On 9/14/20, a Black Hawk officer was on foot patrol when he was advised that someone stated there was going to be a terrorist’s attack. The suspect was located and charged.
On 9/14/20, Black Hawk Police Officers responded to a small hunting cabin located on the top of the ridge to conduct an area check. Items of possible value were found and seized for safekeeping. It was also discovered that people who were determined as not the owners of the cabin had been trespassing in the cabin. A report was taken.

On 9/16/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to a report of a lost cell phone at the Bull Durham.
On 9/16/20, Black Hawk officers encountered an unoccupied vehicle blocking a lane of traffic on Hwy 119 northbound near the 6.2 mile marker. The vehicle was removed by tow truck for safety.

The party ran from the casino because of a delusional and unstable mental state. Officers located the party, and he went to the hospital without incident.
On 9/22/20, a Black Hawk officer received a phone report of lost property, at the Ameristar Casino. Report taken.
On 9/24/20, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a male party who was trespassing. A summons was issued.
On 9/24/20, Black Hawk officers were notified by another local agency of a domestic violence situation that may have taken place at a Black Hawk casino within the past 24 hours.
On 9/25/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a theft at the Ameristar Casino. A suspect was identified and a summons was issued.
On 9/25/20, a party contacted the Black Hawk police to report that her vehicle’s license plates had been stolen while at the Isle Casino.
On 9/25/20, a Black Hawk officer took the report of suspicious activity which had occurred at the Green Solutions store earlier in the month. Suspicious information had been submitted by an applicant and the store was concerned that it might be related to criminal activity. There is suspect information.

On 9/27/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a criminal trespass to a motor vehicle. There is no suspect information.
On 9/28/20, Black Hawk officers recovered a stolen vehicle in the Lady Luck garage.
On 9/28/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Dory Hill area, for a party with a medical condition. Party was located, report taken.
On 9/28/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino in reference to counterfeit money.
On 9/29/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a fake identification used to try to get access to the gambling floor. A fake ID was confiscated.
On 9/29/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Z-Casino in reference to counterfeit money.
On 9/29/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Saratoga Casino on a report of a male party who tried to use another person’s identification card. The suspect ran from the scene, but was found later at the Isle bus stop. Suspect was issued a summons and released.
On 9/30/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Saratoga Casino on a report of a found wallet with multiple ID’s inside.
