On 10/3/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the KMM garage on the report of a vehicle break in. The investigation is ongoing.
On 10/3/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a reported auto theft at the Monarch Casino parking garage, a situation determined to be unfounded.

On 10/6/20, a Black Hawk officer received a phone report of a vehicle trespass, at the Lady Luck Garage. A report taken.
On 10/6/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a fight in progress at the Ameristar Casino. The fight turned out to be a family fight.
On 10/7/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a stolen identification used to gain access to the Monarch gambling floor.
On 10/8/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino parking garage regarding a suicidal subject. The subject agreed to medical transport by Gilpin Ambulance.
On 10/9/20, Black Hawk officers were advised by Ameristar security that a female was in the valet area stating that she was in fear of her life. Officers made contact with the female and ultimately took one male in custody for violation of a protective order.
On 10/9/20, a Black Hawk Police officer responded to the KMM garage on a report of a theft. A case was open for this incident.
On 10/9/20, a male party arrived at the Black Hawk Police Department requesting to file a report about a trip and fall that occurred on Lodge Casino property. The unidentified party was referred to the Lodge Casino for the report. A C R number was not needed for this incident.
On 10/9/20, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Hidden Treasures parking area regarding Damaged Property.
On 10/10/20, Black Hawk officers identified a subject with outstanding warrants. The subject was arrested.
On 10/10/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Dakota Lot in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. The driver was located and arrested for DUI.
On 10/10/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a report of damaged property at the Isle Casino. A report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
On 10/10/20, a female party called and reported her necklace stolen from Lady Luck Casino Hotel. The necklace was found on the bathroom counter of room 1139 and returned to the owner. It was determined that the theft was unfounded.
On 10/10/20, Black Hawk officers contacted a suspicious party in a vehicle inside the Isle Garage. The male party was identified and a report was taken.
On 10/11/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a theft at the Monarch Casino, a summons was issued.
On 10/11/20, Black Hawk Police officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of damaged property. A report was taken.
On 10/12/20, a Black Hawk officer took a report at the Lady Luck garage on the report of a hit and run crash. No suspects were identified and a report was taken upon the victim’s request.
On 10/13/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the KMM Parking Garage level 7 on a suspicious tow truck. The vehicle the tow truck was towing was stolen. The vehicle was later impounded and two parties were later arrested for warrants.
On 10/13/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of fraudulent use of a driver’s license. After further investigation, a suspect was identified and issued and released on a municipal summons, for false information. A report was taken.
On 10/14/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of parties who stole alcohol and urinated near the bar area. Three suspects were issued summonses.
On 10/14/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Isle Casino hotel on a theft of a purse.
Officers were unable to identify the suspect.
On 10/15/20, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino Parking Garage on the report of a missing bike. A report was taken.
On 10/16/20, Black Hawk officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. A summons was issued for no insurance, and fictitious plates.
On 10/16/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Carriage House parking garage located at 270 Gregory Street on the report of a young baby left in a car. An investigation was completed and an older child was babysitting the baby. The mother was contacted and left the area.
On 10/16/20, Black Hawk officers responded to Main Street and Miners Mesa Road reference a non-injury vehicle accident.
On 10/17/20, Black Hawk officers assisted CSP on Highway 119, mile marker 4. A female was arrested for DUI.
On 10/17/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a fight in progress on Main St, outside of the Golden Gates Casino. A suspect was identified and a summons was issued.
On 10/17/20, Black Hawk officers were notified of a possible kidnapping. The female party that was reported as being kidnaped was located by Clear Creek County Sheriffs.
On 10/18/20, a Black Hawk officer was advised of a disturbance in progress on the smoking patio at Isle Casino. Officers responded and took two subjects in custody.
On 10/18/20, Black Hawk officers responded to The Monarch Casino located at 488 Main Street in reference to a stolen wallet. An arrest was made.
On 10/18/20, Black Hawk officers observed a physical disturbance at the KMM Garage located at 255 Main Street. One was transported for medical reasons, and the other was issued a summons and released.
On 10/19/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Crooks parking lot, for a stolen vehicle. A report taken.
On 10/19/20, Black Hawk officers took a phone report from Green Solutions regarding a theft that occurred on 10/17/2020.
On 10/20/20, a Black Hawk Police officer responded to the Mardi Gras Casino on the report of a fire alarm. A case report was opened for this incident.
On 10/20/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Mardi Gras Casino, for a party with a warrant. Party taken into custody without incident.
On 10/20/20, Black Hawk officers were made aware of a criminal impersonation which occurred on 09/21/20. A report was taken.
On 10/22/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to a vehicle break in reported at the Isle Casino parking garage. A suspect is seen on surveillance footage so the investigation is ongoing to obtain identifying information.
On 10/22/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino reference an ID check.
On 10/23/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Saratoga Casino regarding a theft. Suspect identification pending further review.
On 10/24/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the report of a theft at the Isle parking garage level one.
On 10/25/20, a Black Hawk officer was handed a counterfeit $10 bill by the Ameristar Casino’s security. A case was open for this incident.
On 10/25/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to Golden Gate Casino in reference to a counterfeit $20 bill.
On 10/25/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Ameristar Casino to assist the Black Hawk Fire Department with a fire alarm call. A case was opened for this incident.
On 10/26/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the report of a criminal impersonation, an ID was taken as evidence and a report was taken.
On 10/27/20, a Black Hawk officer located a hit and run suspect on Highway 119. The suspect was contacted and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 10/28/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a disturbance between a male and female.
On 10/28/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of found drugs. Case is under further investigation.
On 10/28/20, a Black Hawk officer was dispatched to the Gilpin Casino on a report of a counterfeit $50 bill. The person that tried to cash the bill said he found it in Denver in a bar parking lot. He had no other similar bills with him.
On 10/29/20, Black Hawk officers responded to a physical disturbance in progress in a room at the Ameristar Casino Hotel. Both parties involved in the disturbance were deemed to be mutual aggressors.
On 10/29/20, a Black Hawk officer responded to a call of graffiti/criminal mischief that occurred to a white box truck parked along Richman Street across from the Ameristar Casino. Through a surveillance review, a suspect was identified as a guest of the hotel. The suspect was contacted and evidence was found in his room linking him to the graffiti. The suspect was issued a municipal summons for the damage. The suspect was an evacuee from Estes Park due to the fires.
On 10/29/20, Black Hawk officers responded to the Golden Gates Casino on a call of a female who fell on Richman Street.
On 10/30/20, a Black Hawk Police officer responded to the Ameristar Casino’s parking garage on the report of a suspicious vehicle. A summons was issued.
