On 2/1/19 at approximately 3 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino for a lost phone. After speaking with the reporting party, who stated he was intoxicated and could not remember where his phone was located, surveillance was unable to determine the location of the alleged incident and could not find any suspects.


On 2/1/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a stolen wallet. The wallet was recovered and returned to the victim with its contents.


On 2/1/19 at approximately 5:39 p.m., officers assisted U.S Marshall’s and Secret Service in apprehending a wanted fugitive in the Lady Luck garage. A report was completed.


On 2/1/19 at approximately 7:03 p.m., officers responded to the Mardi Gras Casino on a report of an angry female party. The female was placed on an M1 hold and transported to Lutheran Hospital.


On 2/1/19 an officer responded to the Mardi Gras Casino regarding found drugs. No suspect has been identified and the drugs were booked for destruction.


On 2/2/19 at approximately 2:15 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino for a disturbance. All parties involved were interviewed separately. The victim refused to proceed with charges, all parties were advised of the report.


On 2/2/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance. Investigation determined there was no assault and one male party was arrested for an unrelated warrant.


On 2/2/19 an officer was dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on reports of criminal mischief that occurred in the parking structure. A report was taken and the damage was photographed.


On 2/2/19 an officer responded to the Z-Casino regarding found drugs. A suspect has been identified and a warrant was issued.


On 2/2/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino Parking garage on a REDDI report. A male party was contacted and arrested for DUI.


On 2/2/19 an officer responded to the Monarch Casino regarding a male party that caused damage to a buffet sign. The suspect has been identified but it will be an ongoing investigation.


On 2/3/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the report of a theft at the Ameristar Casino. A report was taken.


On 2/3/19 officers responded to the Golden Gates Casino regarding a theft of a wallet. A suspect was identified and returned the property. The victim did not want to press charges.


On 2/3/19 at approximately 7:27 p.m., officers responded to 111 Richman Street’s poker room on a report of a counterfeit $100 bill. A report was completed regarding the incident.


On 2/3/19 at approximately 8:47 p.m., officers responded to 240 Main Street’s south side entrance on a reported disturbance. A male was taken into custody for an active warrant for his arrest.


On 2/3/19 at approximately 10:45 p.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino regarding found drugs. A suspect was identified but transported to the hospital due to pain.


On 2/4/19 at approximately 9:05 a.m., officers responded to the Lodge Casino for an assault. A female suspect has been identified.


On 2/4/19 the Black Hawk police department responded to a report of a damaged slot machine at the Lodge Casino. A report was taken.


On 2/5/19 officers conducted a welfare check at the Isle Casino. The party in question got on a bus to go home. The party was reported missing on 2/6/19 by a family member. A report was taken.


On 2/5/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to a report of a theft that occurred at the Ameristar Casino. A report was taken.


On 2/5/19 at approximately 12:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Hotel regarding possible drug activity. A male subject was taken into custody.


On 2/5/19 officers responded to the Saratoga Casino on the report of a suspicious male. Casino staff requested the male be permanently trespassed.


On 2/5/19 at approximately 3:40 a.m., Black Hawk Officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino for a lost cell phone. The officer spoke with the reporting party who could not remember the last time she had her phone. Surveillance could not determine the phone to be stolen.


On 2/5/19 at approximately 6:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino regarding found drugs.


On 2/5/19 at approximately 12:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino regarding stolen construction equipment.


On 2/6/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino for a civil standby. A female party was taken into custody on a warrant.


On 2/6/19 at approximately 8:04 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino for a male party trespassing on the property. The male party was issued and released on a summons.


On 2/7/19, at approximately 12:16 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a call of a counterfeit $100 bill. The bill was seized and booked into evidence.


On 2/7/19 officers responded to a disturbance at the Ameristar Casino. All parties involved were separated and uninjured. No parties wanted to pursue criminal charges. All parties separated.


On 2/7/19 at approximately 11:45 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Lodge Casino regarding a theft. Surveillance footage could not identify any suspect information.


On 2/8/19 at approximately 3:04 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a call of a counterfeit $5 bill. The bill was seized and booked into evidence.


On 2/8/19 at approximately 4:29 a.m., Black Hawk officers were dispatched to a vehicle damaging light pole down in the 200 block of Main Street. Surveillance footage could not give good detail of the vehicle and no suspect was identified. Investigation later found the suspect and a summons was issued.


On 2/9/19 while on a walk at the Lodge Casino, an officer was informed of a possible harassment. A report was taken.


On 2/9/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to a report of a stolen wallet. A suspect was found on video but has not been identified.


On 2/9/19 at approximately 9:05 p.m., officers located a stolen vehicle parked on level 7 of the Ameristar Garage. The owner was advised, and a report was completed.


On 2/9/19 officers received a report of a physical altercation between a male and female. The male was subsequently arrested on charges of domestic violence and harassment as well as a protection order violation.


On 2/10/19 at approximately 2:47 a.m., Black Hawk Officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino regarding a verbal disturbance. Upon arrival, two male parties were asked to leave by security personnel. The male parties were escorted to their rooms to remove items and escorted off the property.


On 2/10/19 an employee reported his wedding ring lost or stolen during his shift. There are currently no suspect leads in this case.


On 2/10/19 officers responded to Isle Casino on a report of found drugs. A small baggie containing a clear crystalline substance was located underneath the leg of a chair near a bank of slot machines. Surveillance review did not reveal any suspect information in this case.


On 2/10/19 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino on reports of a wallet theft. A report was taken.


On 2/10/19 officers responded to the Isle Casino regarding a theft of money. The suspect has been identified and returned the money. The victim did not want to press charges.


On 2/10/19 an officer responded to the Lodge Casino for a counterfeit bill.


On 2/10/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a disturbance between a female and male party. After further investigation, both parties were taken into custody for domestic violence and transported to Gilpin County Jail.


On 2/15/19 a probation client responded to the lobby of the Police Department to have a travel permit signed by the local law enforcement agency.


On 2/15/19 dispatch was advised by another agency and the victim of a stolen cell phone which occurred on 2/14/19 at the Lodge Casino. The case is under further investigation.


On 2/17/19 a city transit bus backed into a barrier pole causing moderate damage to the bus.


On 2/18/19 an officer responded to the Red Dolly Casino for a disturbance.


On 2/21/19 officers responded to the Z Casino on the report of two counterfeit $ 20 bills. Three bills in total were seized and booked into evidence.


On 2/21/19 an officer spoke to a woman regarding her abandoned vehicle. A report was generated for documentation.


On 2/21/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the report of a theft at the Isle Casino. A report was taken, and a suspect was identified.


On 2/21/19 an officer received a phone call about a missing person which was a female party in her late 30s. The female was unable to be located and a report was taken for informational purposes.


On 2/22/19 an officer was on a walk at the Ameristar Casino when he was advised of a disturbance on the gaming floor. The officer made contact and a report was taken.


On 2/22/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino regarding a theft of money. The money was not returned, and a suspect has been identified. The suspect was issued a summons for theft.


On 2/23/19 at approximately 11:48 p.m. Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Saratoga Casino regarding a phone theft. No suspect information was obtained.


On 2/24/19 officers responded to the Z-Casino on the report of a hit and run. A male suspect has been identified.


On 2/24/19 officers responded to 111 Richman Street and a report of an employee being harassed by a patron.


On 2/24/19 officers responded to Saratoga Casino on a report of a counterfeit $100 bill.


On 2/25/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of damaged property. A male party was issued a municipal summons for private property damage.


On 2/25/19 officers located two shattered vehicle windows on an Ameristar owned shuttle van in the Avenue of All Stars.


On 2/25/19 at approximately 5:15 p.m., officers responded to 221 Church Street (BHPD) on a report of a female who was turning herself in on active warrants for her arrest. The female was transported to the Gilpin County Jail on the active warrants.


On 2/25/19 an officer responded to the Isle parking garage for a private property damage incident.


On 2/25/19 officers responded to the Isle Casino for a lost wallet. A report was taken.


On 2/25/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a physical disturbance. A male party was arrested for harassment and protection order violation.


On 2/26/19 at approximately 3 a.m., hours, Black Hawk officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino regarding an intoxicated male. Upon clearance check, the male had a warrant and was placed in custody and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.


On 2/26/19 at approximately 3:30 a.m., Black Hawk officers took a male party to the jail where he was refused due to a high level of intoxication.


On 2/26/19 officers took a report of suspicious activity. Guests at the Ameristar Hotel reported being followed by 2 suspicious males throughout two other casinos.


On 2/26/19 officers responded to the report of found drugs (THC).


On 2/27/19 while driving, an officer witnessed a damaged property accident. A report was generated.


On 2/27/19 officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a warrant pickup.


On 2/27/19 at approximately 7 p.m., officers were advised of a threat made by a casino employee at the Monarch Casino. A report has been completed documenting the incident.


On 2/27/19 an officer responded to the Gilpin Casino for found drugs. A report was taken.


On 2/27/19 at approximately 10:02 p.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a missing wallet. A report was completed.


On 2/28/19 officers from the Black Hawk Police Department contacted a driver for moving violations. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was issued a summons before being released to a sober party.


On 2/28/19 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on a reported lost/stolen purse. A surveillance review of the incident could never show the reporting party had a purse.


On 2/28/19 the Black Hawk Police department responded to the Ameristar Casino to investigate a report of a hit and run accident. A report was taken.


On 2/28/19 an officer responded to the Wild Card Casino regarding a theft of wallet. The wallet was not found, and a suspect was not identified.
