On 2/15/16 at approximately 0240 hours, an officer responded to 401 Main Street (Isle Casino) on the report of intoxicated male patron who grabbed a cocktail waitresses buttocks. An arrest was made and a report was taken.
On 2/16/16 at approximately 0120 hours, an officer was dispatched to the Lady Luck Hotel (340 Main Street) on the report of 2 male patrons and a female patron in a disturbance. Dispatch advised there was blood on the floors and walls and it involved 2 separate rooms. Upon arrival it was determined there was a mutual dispute between two males. One intoxicated male patron was injured and offered medical assistance. Neither party wanted to press charges and a report was taken.
On 2/18/16 at approximately 0235 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street (Ameristar Casino) level 5 of the parking garage on a reported male who urinated in the garage. A report was taken regarding a lost wallet when a male was contacted.
On 2/18/16 an officer responded to the Z Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill. There is suspect information.
On 2/19/16 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino (111 Richman Street) for a robbery in progress. Upon investigation completion, case was found to be a civil issue in nature.
On 2/20/16 at approximately 0445 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street (Ameristar Casino) on a report of a counterfeit $20.00 bill. A report was taken regarding the incident.
On 2/20/16 at approximately 0535 hours, Officers responded to 111 Richman Street (Ameristar Casino) on a reported disturbance. One individual was charged with harassment and transported to the Gilpin County Jail. A report was completed regarding the incident.
On 2/20/16 an officer was dispatched to the Saratoga Casino, on the report of found drug paraphernalia. No suspects were on scene, case is under further investigation.
On 2/21/16 Officers responded to the KMM parking garage, 255 Main Street, on the report of an armed robbery. Case is under further investigation.
On 2/21/16 at approximately 1215, Sergeant Johnson responded to the Monarch Casino, 444 Main St., regarding a counterfeit ten dollar bill.
