On 10/1/19 at approximately 2:13 a.m., officers made a traffic stop at Hwy 119 and Richman St. The driver was cited for fictitious plates.

On 10/2/19 at approximately 5:30 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Gregory Street. Two individuals and two firearm serial numbers were cleared through CCIC/NCIC database. One weapon was seized, and one party was taken to the jail on a warrant.
On 10/2/19, an officer was on patrol of the Lady Luck parking garage and recovered a stolen vehicle, with two suspects inside. After further investigation both passengers were arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 10/3/19 at approximately 8:51 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino on a reference of a disturbance. A male party was later taken into custody.
On 10/3/19 at approximately 6:00 p.m., an officer took a phone report from the Ameristar Casino. Surveillance stated an identified female had punched a slot machine and left property. A report was taken.
On 10/4/19, officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a suicidal party. The party was transported to the hospital.
On 10/4/19, an officer observed a car parked in the St. Charles parking garage with license plates attached which belonged to another vehicle. There was a dog in the car, the plates were seized, and a notice posted concerning the illegal parking and the seizure of the plates.
On 10/5/19 at approximately 8:00 p.m., officers responded to a casino in reference to a hit and run. A report was taken.
On 10/5/19 at approximately 8:18 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the Sasquatch Casino on reports of a wallet theft. A report was taken.
On 10/6/19, officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a male in the hotel lobby refusing to leave. The male was arrested on an unrelated warrant.
On 10/6/19, officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a male urinating on a machine. The male was issued a ticket for public indecency.
On 10/7/19 at approximately 7:51 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino parking garage on a call of a hit and run. Officers were unable to identify the driver of the vehicle that left the scene.
On 10/8/19, an officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a possible stolen vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined a harassment had occurred between two parties. A warrant was issued for the suspect who had left the scene.
On 10/8/19 at approximately 6:00 p.m., officers responded to the KMM parking garage on a call of a hit and run. Officers identified the driver of the vehicle that left the scene and he will be issued a summons.
On 10/9/19 at 12:19 a.m., officers located an unoccupied stolen vehicle in the Isle Casino and Hotel garage. The vehicle was stolen out of Denver. An inventory search was completed for the vehicle to be towed. Items were seized from the vehicle to include numerous backpacks, a handgun, a crossbow, controlled substances and other items that appeared to belong to other individuals. No suspects were identified at this time.
On 10/9/19 at approximately 7:31 a.m., officers investigated two separate thefts by the same person at different casinos.
On 10/11/19 at 5:06 a.m., officers were dispatched to a possible domestic violence incident at the Isle Casino and Hotel. The involved female party claimed the male had pushed her and grabbed her wrists to prevent her from leaving. The male suspect was arrested for DV Harassment and transported to Gilpin County Jail on bond.
On 10/12/19, an officer was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash that occurred at Hwy 119 and Richman Street. There were no Injuries. The officer investigated and report was completed.
On 10/14/19 at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers located a wanted subject at the Ameristar Casino. The subject was taken into custody.
On 10/14/19 at approximately 7:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to an address on High Street for a civil dispute.
On 10/15/19 at approximately 3:21 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a disturbance. A male party was taken into custody.
On 10/16/19 at approximately 12:36 p.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a party trespassing. The party was later arrested for an outstanding warrant and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 10/18/19 at approximately 7:30 a.m., an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of a stolen cell phone.
On 10/19/19 the Black Hawk Police Department was notified of a male party with an outstanding warrant at the Z Casino. The party was arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.
On 10/19/19 the Black Hawk Police Department responded to the Z Casino on a report of found drugs. A suspect has been identified.
On 10/20/19 at approximately 12:25 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar Casino and Hotel on the report of a physical disturbance between two males. One of the males was placed in custody and transported to Gilpin County Jail.
On 10/21/19, an officer responded to a vehicle crash at the KMM Garage. The suspect driver was issued a summons.
On 10/22/19 at approximately 2:40 a.m., officers responded to the Ameristar parking garage for a motorist assist. A female party on scene was found to have an active warrant and she subsequently fled the area.
On 10/22/19 at approximately 7:20 p.m., officers responded to The Lodge Casino valet on a call of a male party who wanted a portable breath test. The male was cleared and came back with a warrant out of Denver County. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and transported to the Gilpin County Jail and booked in.
On 10/23/19 at approximately 1:20 a.m., an officer contacted an individual sleeping in his vehicle at the Isle Casino and Hotel garage. The subject was found to have an active felony warrant and was arrested without incident. The subject was transported to the Gilpin County Jail on the warrant.
On 10/24/19 at approximately 8:37 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Main Street, on a non-injury accident. The driver of the vehicle ran into the fence causing damage to the bottom of a city light post and the fence. The driver was issued a summons for careless driving and released.
On 10/24/19 at approximately 11:30 p.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a male party threatening employees. The male was issued a citation and escorted off property.
On 10/25/19, officers were dispatched to Ameristar Casino on a report of a reported missing person out of Denver PD. The male party was found and Denver PD was contacted.
On 10/26/19, officers were at the Isle Casino when they responded to a male party punching a wall which caused damage at the Lady Luck Casino. The male party had not yet been identified and a report was taken.
On 10/27/19 at approximately 3:57 a.m., officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of a counterfeit 5-dollar bill. The bill was collected and booked into evidence.
On 10/27/19, officers responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a damaged slot machine. No suspects have been identified at this time.
On 10/28/19 at approximately 5:05 p.m., Black Hawk Police Officers responded to the Golden Gates Casino on the report of stolen money. A suspect was identified but had already left property. Upon investigation, it was determined the suspect had multiple warrants. The suspect later returned to the Golden Gates and he was apprehended at that time. Officer Hansen watched surveillance footage and it was determined the suspect only found money on the floor and failed to turn it in. The money was returned to the owner and the suspect was arrested on his warrants.
On 10/29/19 at 2:43 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino and Hotel on a report of a physical disturbance at the smoking patio near the main entrance. The two involved females were separated and through investigation, both were found to have contributed to the altercation. Both females were issued Municipal Summons for Disturbing the Peace.
On 10/29/19 at approximately 11:28 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Dory Hill Road reference a non-injury vehicle accident.
On 10/30/19 at 1:06 a.m., officers responded to the Isle Casino and Hotel garage on a warrant arrest. The subject had called into dispatch and requested assistance as his vehicle was out of gas. The subject was found to have an active warrant out of Black Hawk. The subject was contacted in the elevator lobby and refused to comply with commands after being told he was under arrest. After a brief struggle, the subject was taken into custody on the warrant. The subject was transported to the Gilpin County Jail on the warrant and was issued a Municipal summons for Resisting Arrest.
On 10/31/19 at approximately 7:54 p.m., officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on a theft of a wallet. The suspect was contacted and issued a summons and released.
