For personal reasons Zane Laubhan has withdrawn his candidacy for District 1 County Commissioner. Zane will remain as the Gilpin County Coroner.
Consequently, the Gilpin County Democrats are looking for a candidate to run for District 1 County Commissioner.
If you have lived in the County for at least one year, are a registered Democrat, would like to make a real contribution to the County and have a vision about how you might do that, this is your opportunity! District 1 is southern Gilpin County including Missouri Lakes 1 or 2, Aspen Springs, Central City or Black Hawk.
