Dear Nederland Community,
The Nederland Board of Trustees (BOT) will be considering at their July 6 meeting a Rights of Nature resolution for protecting Boulder Creek and its watershed.
Gary Wockner of Save the Colorado will present the very informative resolution, which you are encouraged to read: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PDCnjWYGZdZVgoVetkRRhe1sCRptJomg/ view
It recognizes seven rights of the Creek to exist including to be free of pollution.
Please consider sending a letter of support to Miranda Fisher, Nederland Town Clerk, TownClerk@nederlandco.org by Friday, July 2, encouraging the BOT to adopt the Rights of Nature Resolution.
Thanks for your kind attention to this wonderful resolution!
