On Thursday, June 26, Judd Motchan, new owner of the Severance Lodge invited county members for a tour of the historic lodge, cabins and property.
He explained much of its origins in the 1920s, prohibition years, building history through the 1940s, and up to recent uses of the property and owners.
In April he applied for Local Landmark Designation.
