Born September 25, 1961, Timothy J. Crimmins from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, passed away in March 2023 in Nederland, Colorado.
Timmy, as he was known by his family and friends, lived in New Jersey and North Carolina before migrating west to Nederland, Colorado, where he easily fit in as a creative mountain man. Timmy was an artist, master mason, and highly skilled in tool restoration. His art and work will fill our hearts for years to come.
Timmy loved his family, and was a good friend. He’d often quip “you don’t even know” before beginning one of his many intricately woven, heartfelt stories. His love for storytelling often drew even the busiest of us into his fascinating mind, forcing us to take a moment to slow down and simply listen.
He is survived by his daughter Kayla Lynn, by his granddaughter Addilynn Hazel, his son Timothy Crimmins Jr., his two brothers Kevin and Sean, and sister Marypatt.
Timmy’s passion for life and his work will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
