George Nelson is known for his authentic music staying tru to the roots of soul, blues and jazz. However, George is more than a soulful and masterful musician. He is an icon within the music scene and with fans. With nearly 40 years of performing, he has lived, played and sung through a remarkable period of musical history. His playing and soulful rendition have broad appeal to young and old. George has opened for or performed along with such greats as Ray Charles, Taj Mahal and has also performed with a long line of celebrites including Johnny Mathis and Joan Van Ark.
