Something to add to your calendar this month is the Pamela Machala Band. They are scheduled to play in Jamestown on January 24, 2019 and will bring a sweet style of warm melodies and a powerful piano. Pamela Machala is an accomplished singer/songwriter that brings with her shows a delicious style of indie piano pop. Her music is made up of a combination of the classic styles of jazz and rhythm and blues. She has a smooth smoky voice and when heard along her very impressive piano chops will remind listeners of timeless sensations such as Carole King and the more recent Norah Jones. Machala delivers a set of original songs and arrangements that are eclectic yet familiar and soul soothing.
