The Old Gallery

Posted

ALLENSPARK - The Old Gallery (TOG) in Allenspark is one of the most active participants in our Studio Tour, featuring about 30 artists as well as offering a variety of events and classes as a community center. It is a one-of-a-kind center for community, arts and visitors.

In its charming log structure, visitors can enjoy the artists’ exhibits, while acquiring tourist information, purchasing snacks, and, ahem, dealing with comfort needs.

Artists at TOG work in ceramics, wood-created art, pastel/oil/ water color/ acrylic paintings, glass artwork, jewelry, photography, vintage colorized photographs, etchings, textile art, and art using botanicals. They are proud of having artists using a great variety of mediums.

While The Old Gallery has a website, www.theoldgallery.org, and presence on both Facebook and Instagram, you won’t find any artwork there – those sources cover TOG’s community programming.

So, in order to see the work of the many artists featured at the gallery, you will have to visit: it’s at 14863 Colorado Highway 7 in Allenspark.
