Dear Editor,
Thank you to all the folks, too many to name, who got up early on Saturday morning to volunteer at the 365HealthFair.
It would not be possible to have this all-volunteer event without them!
Thank you to Ned Fire for their support, Nederland Area Seniors for sponsoring the volunteer breakroom and Lions club for cashiering.
Special recognition to Beth David and Jana Butler who spent hours contacting volunteers, organizing, and preparing for the Fair, Dr. Shivaun Hoyl, our medical coordinator, and Billie Hendry for supervising the phlebotomy area.
This event requires months of preparation and Nederland always comes through. It takes a village.
Thank you,
Dawn Baumhover
