Dear Editor,
With a five-pack of rescue dogs and three rescue cats, we rely heavily on Drs. Meiers and Siegel and their staff with Nederland Veterinary Hospital. After our first heartworm treatment with our cruelty survivor and disabled / incontinent rescue, we were committed.
A lifetime of rescue dog ownership led me into dozens of veterinary clinics, CSU and Wheatridge AH, but these days Nederland Veterinary Hospital are our go-to veterinarians.
Just this past year, we've had acid reflux for Teko, a torn knee for Charlie and a torn knee for Amos, both of whom required ACL surgery. Charlie is fully recovered with no complaints, and Amos is healing beautifully.
We adopted another cruelty survivor with a broken spine who is also incontinent, a commitment we couldn't have made without Drs. Meiers and Siegel close by.
NedVet's staff is extraordinarily competent, impressively efficient and professionally gracious. I've never been disappointed in all the years since they've come to our small little mountain community.
My husband and I could not take such excellent care of the animals we have without their help. We are authentically grateful they found their way up the mountain from Arvada, and hope they remain to prosper and grow.
In gratitude,
Frank Sanders and Denise Boehler
