Thank you for publishing the Prologue of my book, Bear Hugs, in the latest issue of your great newspaper.
Yes, I did camp out in Antarctica. All the trips described in my book were real-life experiences. I loved the first trip to Antarctica so much that I went a second time the following year that also included visits to the Falkland and South Sandwich Islands.
I hope you continue to highlight local authors' books in the future.
