Dear Editor,
We would like to thank Eldora Mountain Resort for the amazing job they did making us feel safe throughout an unprecedented Covid-19 restricted 20/21 ski season. The “nose patrol” in lift lines, diligent capacity enforcement indoors and social distancing encouraged outdoors meant we could enjoy skiing our backyard playground without feeling like we were taking unnecessary Covid risks. We were relieved that we could choose to ride the lift with one other rider or people in our “ski bubble”.
Special thanks to the snowmakers, groomers, lifties, ski patrol, parking attendants, and the rest of the Eldora staff for a spectacular season in the midst of a pandemic. Kudos to mother nature too!
