Teens, Inc. Youth Corps is hiring teens 14-17. We will be partnering with Nederland Trails Organization and U.S Forest Service. Apply to be a corps crew member and work on Magnolia Trai! We will be laying out new trail and connecting existing routes. Additional projects may include noxious weed removal, fire mitigation, flood mitigation, slash removal, firewood transportation, fence construction, and other private land projects within the Peak to Peak community.
Set personal goals and receive the opportunity to work towards them with an adult mentor. Corps members increase their perseverance and resilliency while gaining life and job related skills. We will be working as a team, thereby providing the chance to better corps members abilities to collaborate and communicate in a group setting. Need help strengthening your interview skills or building your resume? Teens, Inc. is happy to help you prepare for whatever your next step may be.

We can be flexible with scheduling, work 2-4 days out of the week, $11.50 an hour . Our season will run June 5th-August 9th and begins with a paid overnight camping experience and a fun end of season gathering. Email Suzie at suzie@teensinc.org for more information or questions.
TeamWorks (TW), another program of Teens, Inc, is also hiring 12 crew members ages 17-20 for the summer season! TW provides a supportive educational work experience, and the opportunity for crew members to develop collaborative skills within a diverse group. Crew members will also have the chance to make new friends from all over the area, as half of each crew comes from Ned/ Gilpin County, while the other half of the crew is from Denver. TW crews work on various types of conservation, community-based, and trail projects throughout the Front Range, learning tons of new skills and meeting a variety of land management agencies along the way! Starting wage is $11.50 an hour, and crew members will work 4, 9 hour days (Monday - Thursday), meeting at the Teen Center every morning to drive together to the job site.
If you are looking for a program that can help expose you to potential career paths, positive role models, a variety of perspectives on the environment and conservation, TeamWorks is for you! Crew members are part of a strong community, and many return for multiple summers to further develop professional and leadership skills, foster a culture of environmental stewardship, and maintain lasting positive relationships. Even better, TeamWorks offers a scholarship of $1000 to high school graduates, and this scholarship can be renewed for up to 4 years.
