Caribou Room
The Caribou Room, previously shuttered due to Covid-19, recently reopened with a soft launch and new approach to business.
Owner Peter Fiori says that the location is shifting to a dinner theatre venue as opposed to a live music host. Several staff members have returned to work to their relief, with the business receiving a Personal Paycheck Program loan from the Small Business Administration.
The Caribou room is providing dine-in meals with a distancing approach. Parking is $20 per vehicle and includes 1 person. It's $10 each additional person up to 4 total in a parking space. The Caribou Room offers live music outside on Friday and Saturday at 5 p.m.

Coal Creek Coffee
Coal Creek Coffee is serving hot and cold beverages, food and pastries to eager taste buds, Peak to Peak. The coffee shop and bookstore is open for take-out only, with those traveling Highway 72 encouraged to signal near the construction flaggers for entry into the parking lot. Given the shop’s size, tables spaced 8 feet apart and 50% capacity isn't possible. In the meantime, the shop has shifted focus to seating customers outside or a simple handoff for take-out. The Left Hand Stand
The Left Hand Stand is open in Ward! They currently serve drip coffee, hot and iced tea, lemonade, chai, fresh baked goods made daily such as cake donuts and sweet breads, waffles and muffins, snacks and an assortment of refreshments. The Millsite Inn
Opening soon! Husband Josh Moyer, wife Jesse Moyer, son Dominick Moyer (5) and son Bodean Moyer (1) moved into the Allenspark area in July of 2013, from South Dakota. The Moyer’s have begun the process of opening the Millsite once again for business. They say they plan to open the restaurant after they get their licensing and other paperwork cleared through Boulder County. When asked what their plans for the restaurant were, they had no aim to gentrify the Millsite, as they had originally fallen in love with its rustic charm. “We are planning on reopening the Millsite Inn as a small family run restaurant open for lunch and dinner with a similar menu. We will have appetizers, pizzas, burgers, beer, wine, along with nightly and weekend specials. Later in the evening we will close the restaurant and open as a bar with some limited mixed drinks, a pool table and jukebox. We are planning on having live music back by next summer.”

Tres Gringos makes Mexican food a community delight with dishes ranging from enchiladas to more favorites. “General Manager Carrie Bladyka, Benjamin Roy, Josh Davis, have worked for weeks tirelessly to create an amazing new menu,” Dan Harrower said. “My mouth is watering just thinking about all the new flavors I have been eating as they have been creating!”

Wondervu Café
The Wondervu Café opened its restaurant and patio dining last week. Takeout and curbside pickup will still be available for customers, though the indoor seating is expected to be spaced appropriately. “Health-conscious Mexican food” is already back on the grill at the venue.
“Due to the State of Colorado Coronavirus Mandate and to protect our customers and staff we will have reduced seating capacity,” staff said online. The restaurant will serve regular meals, in addition to adult beverages for takeout.
