Dear Editor,
Once again, the Nederland-area Mountain Forum for Peace (MFP) needs your donations of treasures: clean clothes in good repair, small working appliances, tools, sporting goods, art (paintings and sculptures), jewelry, plants, tableware, pots and pans, etc. for the annual MFP Yard Sale on June 3, 4, 5, 2022.
We also need your help for setting up; sorting, cashiering, and Sunday clean-up. AND perhaps more than anything, we need avid shoppers. Bring your family and friends on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
MFP uses the income from our sales to make larger donations to good causes than we individuals in Ned can make on our own. Last month MFP made an over $1,000 donation to a humanitarian group taking care of Ukrainians escaping the war in Ukraine.
