SENATE DISTRICT 15 — Senator Janice Marchman of State Senate District 15 invites the community to start the year with a community conversation.

The week of January 4, 2026, Senator Marchman and her team will embark on a listening tour across the district, visiting several towns and cities, showing up to have open and honest conversations with the community.

“I want to hear what issues matter most to you and why,” Marchman said in a press release announcing the our. “The strongest ideas come from listening to each other, and I’m excited for this chance to connect with our neighbors before I return to the Capitol for the legislative session.”

District 15 covers portions of Larimer and Boulder counties. Marchman was first elected to the seat in 2022. Her current term ends in January 2027.

Marchman’s campaign shared that the goal of the listening tour is to ensure constituents have a place to share their concerns and challenges and benefit from a community conversation.

“Too often, people raise real issues, and nothing comes of it because legislators feel inaccessible,” Marchman said. “I remain accessible to my constituents and present in the community. At the end of the day, I’m doing this work for our community, so their voices should be at the center of it.”

Marchman also conducted a listening tour in mid-2025.

Senator Marchman's local stops include Lyons on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Lyons Locale (442 High Street) from 2-3 p.m. and Nederland on Monday, January 5, at Busey Brews (70 E. 1st Street) from 5-6 p.m.
