Living in Nederland means embracing big views, unpredictable weather, and bodies that are asked to do a lot: hiking uphill, skiing longer than planned, breathing a little harder, and still showing up for daily life.

At Rocky Mountain Nutrition, we’re a small team of two Registered Dietitians. One is based right here in Nederland, helping people fuel their lives with nutrition guidance rooted in science, not trends. Our work is grounded in evidence-based care but shaped by real life—mountain life in particular.

We specialize in nutrition therapy for women’s health, metabolic conditions such as diabetes and heart health, sports and outdoor performance, and sustainable behavior change. That means no detoxes, no rigid food rules, and no guilt: just practical strategies that support energy, strength, and long-term health.

We work with clients across Colorado through telehealth and accept major private insurance plans. Most visits are covered at no cost, because access to quality nutrition care shouldn’t be harder than the early-morning uphill route at Eldora.

Rocky Mountain Nutrition exists to support the people who make life in the mountains vibrant. Our goal is to help folks eat well, feel strong, and keep doing what they love, season after season.
