Barbara Hardt, Pinecliffe. The Gilpin Sheriff provided an update on the house fire at 120 Woodbine Road. The ATF has ruled the cause as undetermined, however nothing suspicious was found. The deceased person found has been presumptively identified at Pete Wells, the sole resident of the home.
The home burned to the ground during the early morning hours of October 30, 2019.
