Cheese is a good low-carbohydrate ingredient to include in your diet. The protein and calcium in cheese is beneficial for growing strong bones and muscles.
Ingredients:
Shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Parmesan, or Pepper jack)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, silpat, or foil.
Arrange cheese in small piles, leaving enough room for them to melt and spread; about 12 piles should fit on a regular sheet pan.
Bake for seven minutes.
Cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan.
