Atashnaa Medicine Shield Werner, Volunteer, PROSAB. Discussion of 2019- three year goals and priorities based on historical information. 

Creation of Adopt-a-Bench Program. First memorial bench - Friends of Jeff Austin to be installed summer of 2021.

Submission of revised Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) Grant update: Declined because ballfield line items contrary to pandemic activities.

Installation of electrical panel shed at Barker Meadows Park after consultation with events owners; and in partnership with the DDA. 

Wayfinding signage design and placement in consultation with the DDA.

Discussion and recommendations submitted to the BOCO Interagency Watershed Coalition draft MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) on forest health.

Discussions and recommendations made to PW on the TIP (Transportation Improvement Project) concept plan from the RTD lot to the Visitor Center. 

Advisory Board participation in Town of Nederland Envision 2030 survey. 

Planned - sponsored a second community noxious weed management pull. 

The last ones were sponsored by Teens Inc. and occurred in 2019 and 2015.

Planned – sponsored a community trash cleanup day in the downtown area along the creeks. The last one was sponsored by Salto and occurred in 2018.

Reached a Design, placement, restrooms installation agreement with BOCO for Barker Meadows parking lot owned by BOCO. 

Creation of the PROSAB logo.

Draft revisions-updates being made to the Nederland Areas Trails Master Plan, formerly known as the Open Spaces and Trails Master Plan aka PROST Plan; to be continued next year.

Discussion on the formation of a Bike Pump Park sub-committee based on stakeholder interests. Formation will be carried forward next year. 

Discussions about financial sustainability of maintenance and repairs for Nederland’s non-Profit recreational amenities: NedRink-Tennis court, and Lazarus Skateboard park - discussion to be continued next year.

Discussion on the long-range financial sustainability of maintaining and repairing current, and future town owned recreational facilities-amenities; one possibility being the formation of a Parks and Recreation District.
