Dear Editor,
As a resident of this town, Big Springs area, I have to say a STRONG NO to the pump track. Chipeta is a small area that is used by more than a few teenagers. For example, the skate park is completely underutilized. I walk my dog there every single day and rarely see it being used.
Why not put the pump track idea up to a town vote?
