Danette Riehle, Nederland. Nederland’s RINK is excited to offer public ice skating, hockey, curling, skating lessons, and private facility rentals from December to February, weather permitting. The RINK will open this Saturday, if the weather cooperates.
This year for safety, the RINK is limited to 30 people total on the ice. Everyone must have a reservation before arriving at the RINK, including Open Skate, Drop-In Hockey, Learn to Skate lessons, and Disco Skate. Face coverings must be worn at all times even while skating for all ages. Social Distancing (at least 6 feet) from members outside of your household is mandatory. Season passes are available. Warming huts will not be open. Please be prepared to put on all of your layers at the car, use your car to warm yourself and bring your own water. Reserve Ice Skate Rentals online. Come enjoy the ice and have a great time!
