Dear Editor,
The Bryant House located at the southeast corner of the RTD lot is an eyesore. The Town paid a surveyor to stake out the location of the foundation to save the building. Then, the Town paid for and built a foundation to save the building. Since then and in typical Nederland fashion, not much has happened.
If there is no longer any interest in the relic, it should be carted off. If there is interest, the house should be fixed up into something - anything other than a dilapidated mess. Even a few more parking spaces would be preferable.
This situation speaks volumes about our Town’s inability to plan for the future.
