At a club meeting hosted by Lions District Governor Dianne Christian on Thursday, April 11, James (Jim) Navratil became the newest member of the Nederland Lions Club.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He had a distinguished career as a professor in analytical chemistry at Clemson University and has provided extensive waste management advice to organizations here and abroad. Jim, father to three daughters and a son, chose to retire here based on his years-long connection to Nederland.
He has joined the local Lions Club because of his desire to serve the needs of his fellow residents. We are excited to welcome Jim Navratil to the Nederland Lions Club.
