Nederland Elementary Preschool honored all their students with a little celebration on Friday, May 20, 2022. It was also a time to wish the students well who were moving on to kindergarten in the Fall.

They all wore homemade paper graduation hats and were very excited as their parents and family members came in to see them. Teachers Miss Emily and Miss Debbie had compiled the wonderful comments the students said about each other and shared it with the students. Certificates were handed out to the preschoolers for completing one or two years of preschool.

The students then danced to a song that they decided was one of their favorite dance number. Watching preschoolers dancing…priceless. They then sang a wiggle song and a song about gummy bears.

These preschool years are so important for a child’s development. And they sure have a lot of fun at Nederland Elementary Preschool while learning important social skills and beginning academic skills.
