The Boulder County Drug Task Force was involved in a Nederland drug bust on Thursday,
October 10, 2013. Over 50 pounds of marijuana was seized and at the time of this story an
additional search warrant was being requested for the premises.
The continuing investigation is a result of known drug traffic over state lines,
potentially making the investigation a federal case.
Eight people have been arrested and current charges include
18-18-406(6)(B)(III)(B)
Marijuana Possession with intent to sell, which is a class 4 Felony.
