Students at Nederland Elementary School (NES) have completed two days of skiing at Eldora, better known as NED SHRED. The students go to Eldora and have a day with Eldora instructors and ski at the level they are most comfortable with.
The two day event is made possible by the NES PTA and all the parents, businesses and friends who contribute to the PTA throughout the year. NED SHRED would not be possible without the support from Eldora this year and all the years this program has existed. As well as a big thank you to Ignite Adaptive Sports. They are there to make sure that all NES students can be on the slopes skiing.
Kindergarteners through 5th graders and teachers enjoyed two days off from the regular schedule to enjoy each other and take in the recreational environment that surrounds us.
