The Nederland Downtown Development Authority (NDDA) approved moving forward with drafting an operating agreement between the NDDA Board and the Town of Nederland Board of Trustees during a regular, virtual meeting on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 6 p.m. The Board will review a draft of the proposed operating agreement at their November meeting before working with the Town of Nederland Board of Trustees. Additionally, the NDDA Board approved moving forward a variety of items for action in November.
In November, the Board will vote on involvement in a potential Nederland Green Business program that is being proposed in conjunction with Boulder County. The board has been asked to help with the program prior to going to the Nederland Board of Trustees.
The NDDA Board will vote on a new board member at its November meeting. Two applications were received for one board vacancy.
