The spirit of self-efficacy demarks a new cycle for Pisces. Over the course of the last fourteen years the ruler of Pisces has been in its eponymous sign, granting compassion, clarity and confusion. The teacher of the stars, Saturn, has also spent the last two and a half years challenging Pisces and its opposite, Virgo. Now on February 20, these two planets depart for Aries.

Collectively we turn our attention from the past to the future, allowing our dreams to move into reality. The year of the red fire horse gallops forward, bringing enthusiasm, action and an end to procrastination. Mercury retrogrades in Pisces, with a quick review of the past from February 26 until March 20, finishing projects, allowing us to better savor 2026.

Aries - A massive shift is underway for Aries as we gallop into the year of the red fire horse. The teacher, Saturn, and the visionary, Neptune, join together at the first degree of Aries. This enlivens and invigorates you and allows you to turn your ideas into practical real world projects.

Taurus - The end of times arises. There is a planetary shift underway from the final degrees of the zodiac to the first. Fortunately for you, Taurus has the acumen to connect with both Pisces, the ending, and Aries, the beginning. Spend the next few weeks finishing projects from the past.

Gemini - The year of the red fire horse, an analog to the sign of Gemini, enthusiastically approaches. Before you start galloping into your future, your ruler Mercury reverses direction. This allows you to finish tasks from your past and also to misplace your car keys, so stay alert.

Cancer - Fortunate Jupiter continues with you until the end of June. The big planet helps you navigate the planets at the end of the zodiac and the Mercury retrograde phase ahead. This reverse cycle occurs in Pisces, your fellow water sign, so you can negotiate its ins and outs.

Leo - The planets are shifting from omega to alpha positions. Before you move into what appears to be a great year, with all the starry moves favoring you, you have to negotiate a Mercury retrograde that wants to examine your past and your finances over the next few weeks ahead.

Virgo - Virgo moves into self-efficacy after negotiating years of on again–off again challenges. First, you have to finish tasks that linger, indicated by your ruler, Mercury, reversing in your opposite sign, Pisces. Your popularity is on the increase and your fortunes turn for the better.

Libra - The gracious and socially adept Librans are entering into a phase with the theme being the establishment of polite but firm boundaries. How delightful for you to be able to place certain amounts of attention on you and you alone, now that you know who you are and what you want.

Scorpio - As an intuitive water sign, you are cushioned from the permanent ending of a pack of Pisces planets and from the quick diversion of a retrograde in Pisces. You know exactly which projects you need to bring to a conclusion and which ones you want to continue perfecting.

Sagittarius - Before you reach the promised land of the rest of 2026, which becomes so favorable for you, with all of the planets moving into fire just like you, you have to swim through the retrograde in Pisces, which could get murky. Remain patient and finish what needs to end.

Capricorn - Mountain goats like ocean fish in the astrological zoo, so you will climb right through the challenges of the month ahead. The issues include knowing what to hold and what to fold, as the card games claim. Remember to establish clear and positive boundaries with others.

Aquarius - The stars are with you in 2026 but first let's discuss the slight hiccup caused by this month's Mercury reversal. While you want to gallop ahead with your friend the Oriental year of the red fire horse, you have to finish some pesky details from your past before joining the herd.

Pisces - The end is near. The stars are leading you away from Saturn's schoolhouse and into the realm of self-efficacy. This massive astrological phase shift removes obstacles from your path. The wisdom you have gained  from the past years is integrating into you multidimensionally.
