Yet another election season is upon us. As an independent constituent, I strive to become familiar with each one of the candidates. While it is true that many have admirable strengths, there is one contender with the exceptional skills needed to carry us forward - Corey Marshall.

Corey is a devoted family man, a savvy businessman, and is keen on keeping our beautiful county a great place to live. He possesses the common-sense approach that we need in our leaders. His background as a very successful business leader shows strength, focus and clarity. Corey deeply understands the complexities of financial management and has demonstrated repeatedly throughout his career his admirable ability to juggle varied interests to achieve successful, mutually beneficial outcomes.

Corey has a vision for this county. One that does not see taxing residents to the point that they can no longer afford to live here, but rather one that sees encouraging economic development that takes advantage of our unique history of mining, and through continued cooperation with our two cities and the gaming industry. Corey believes in a streamlined government that is less intrusive and more focused on things that matter to all residents.
