Barbara Lawlor, Boulder. When Hon. D.D. Mallard retires from his position as the 20th Judicial District Court judge on August 1, Nederland resident Elizabeth Brodsky could be taking his place.
Brodsky is one of three candidates nominated for the position. The others are Robert Gunning of Louisville and Norma Sierra of Boulder. The candidates were chosen by the 20th Judicial District Nominating Commission on June 29.
