I have been writing the “Life in Nature” column in The Mountain-Ear since January 2022. I am a photographer and this opportunity has allowed me to expand my photography business in the community. It has also helps me improve my writing to complement the photography.
I enjoy sharing the knowledge and insight I have gained from being out in nature with and without a camera.
When I do not have a camera around my neck patiently waiting to get a photo of a pika or elk I work part time at Busey Brews as a bartender and server. I also spend as much time as I can with my partner. We love to be out in nature as much as possible.
I hope “Life in Nature” continues to inspire you about the natural world we live in.
